I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Atlassian (Sydney) in Feb 2022
Interview
Atlassian is hiring more engineers around the world. The recruiter contacts me on LinkedIn.
Basically, the technical interviews are not challenging at all. But you might not able to get desirable level.
I felt negative about the management interview as the feeling was just like taking IELTS speaking exam. I was asked a series of questions. That's all. The interviewer didn't show any interest in my experience and didn't understand the background of my examples.
Probably the interviewer doesn't need to find out if he wanna work with the candidate. They just need to get their interview job finished.
Before each interview, they would help you to prepare it. After the interview, I can get instant feedback. The recruiters did pretty well.
