I was invited by Atos for an informal interview after completing an internship. They made the day very comfortable and I really enjoyed the assessment process. Throughout the process, I was kept up to date at each stage and they responded promptly to any questions that I had.

Interview
Online application followed by standard psychometric test. I then had to complete a video interview which they then emailed me notifying that I had passed and would be contacted within the next 4 weeks to tell me if I had been invited to an assessment centre. After 8 weeks I contacted HR asking if there was any progress in my application. They replied letting me know that they did not yet have a date for the assessment centre yet and would let me know as soon as possible. The following week I received an email which stated that the HR role had been filled.
This was very unorganised with bad communication and will not be applying to the company again.
