      Pros

Nice Company to work with. Lots of opportunity to grow. Chances are high that you will get nice managers. Job security is high. Ambience is good.

      Cons

Lots of Micro management. Not much investment on employees growth. Company more interested in expanding than paying to its own employee. However, still a nice company to work with.

GPTW Survey Manipulation, Forced Leaves and Highest Job Attrition Rate in India

1 Jun 2021 - Senior Project Manager in Mumbai

      Pros

Nothing good to mention here !

      Cons

Atos Management falsified the GPTW survey conducted in the year 2021. The management had their team members fill the GPTW survey form in a screen share and had them fill up inflated review of the company. They also linked their appraisals with the GPTW survey review and compelled the employees to fill goldplated reveiw of the company. The Atos Management forces the employees to consume their Paid Leaves. The employees are forced to consume all of their paid leaves by their Managers for the benefit of the Management. This company is having the highest attrition rate at present in India. Because of poor Management, at least 50% to 60% of the employees in an account are leaving every month. It is an Old, Dying Company, with Old, Archaic and Obsolete Management Processes. Please Do Not Even Recommend Your Enemies to Join This Company !
