Exhaustive Call presenting the position and explaining the conditions for costumer support. The position is a entry level so did not require previous experience. The follow step was a face to face interview but I declined before due to the economical conditions.

Phone call followed by a Skype interview. It is straightforward, they will hire anyone including felons. I guess they missed it the first time they did a background check on the person.
