Initial > Trainer Interview > Sr. HR Interview > CEO
This is the recruitment process. They will call you as initial and get as much info for you. Trainer Interview is more to assess your fluency and pronunciations. Sr. HR Interview is more of technical questions about HR and being an HRBP.
