Interview
Basic screening call, then two on one interview with mix of one brain teaser and some equity questions (how to make money trading IPO, what is the alpha in easy theoretical situation). Then they have you sit in on meeting and take notes and write a several page write-up. Afterwards a final interview with the same type of questions.
