Interview
The interview process was quite smooth, personable, and professional. The manager took the time (1 hour plus) to sit down and more or less, had a communication. The interview didn't feel like a rigid process, more personable.

Asked questions about my future goals, long term/short term. Spoke on my experience and what I would be able to bring to the table
It was a pleasant experience with 3 rounds of interviews. Great atmosphere and very hospitable. The job was not a good fit but all the interviewers were wonderful. Your typical interview questions were asked and they welcomed any questions that I had.

It was phone screening. The recruiter asked me about basic questions such as what is your strength or where do you live. very kind and I was offered second interview with manager but he didn't call back.
