My interview experience at Augustus Media was disappointing. The process felt unprofessional, with the interviewers showing a biased focus on my age rather than my skills. They also used stress tactics, creating a hostile environment instead of assessing my qualifications fairly. The overall approach seemed more about exerting authority and discrimination rather than identifying the right candidate.
The interview process involved an initial interview, a task & presentation followed by a final interview. Communication was done via email and was relatively painless. All interviews conducted with Managing Director and communications with the office manager.
