Interview started as Informal coffee chats in person with one other, then with several people, took a while to get an offer but was able to suggest my preferred salary.
Screening call and then panel video interviews. The people and work were interesting, but the recruitment process itself left a lot to be desired. Extremely difficult to communicate with the recruiter: unresponsive and unhelpful. A very bad look for a company trying to innovate and attract great talent. Massive misstep in terms of brand, saw me walk away.
