I was contacted by an internal recruiter for a screening phone call, which was set for the next day. After 30 minutes passed from the scheduled call time, I emailed the recruiter to ask if she needed to reschedule. I’m pretty laidback if a recruiter is a few minutes late because they often schedule calls back to back with minimal buffer, but 30 minutes is not okay. No reply to the email and no follow up - straight ghosted. Believe the other reviews. No idea why they schedule interviews only to bail on them. Red flag central.
