The interview process at Autovex was smooth and well-structured: First Round – HR Interview The HR representative was very friendly and welcoming. It was a relaxed conversation that set a positive tone for the rest of the process. Second Round – Technical Interview I had a conversation with the Head of Development and the Lead Developer. It felt more like a professional dialogue than a strict interview. We discussed previous projects, architecture decisions, and development approaches — very rational and engaging. Technical Task & Code Review I was given a take-home assignment, followed by a detailed code review. The feedback was constructive and focused on real-world expectations. Overall, I appreciated the respectful and thoughtful approach of the Autovex team. It gave me a good impression of the company's culture and engineering values.
