Straightforward. There are about 3 stages at which point you meet the managers, internal recruiter and Chief Care Officer. You get asked situational questions and your level of empathy is also tested

Smooth and straight forward it was with the hr then second was with the two managers and it was via google meet. They want to know how you are the best fit for the job and your experience especially with team work
