It was a frightening process, but once I familiarized myself it was okay. The person assigned to me was very nice and forth going with the process. She was new too, but she made the process very easy.

Recruiter contacted me. Submitted resume. Recruiter sent job description & arranged interview date & place. Interviewed with CEO & Partner. Came back another day for MS Office test, HR paperwork completed. Had drug screen, fingerprints taken, & background check within the next week. Offer letter received in 2 weeks after initial interview.
