Straight and forward processs. Typical HR interview by phone and then a face to face interview with management. Didn't get the position however the purchasing director seemed like fun to work with!

Interview
Phone screen and communications were okay but when I went to the interview they did not make me feel welcome. The receptionist did not smile or say anything. At the interview, the interviewers did not introduce themselves, which is very basic when you want the interviewee to fell comfortable and "open-up". The rest of the interview was okay, the questions were okay.
