The interview process for this company is aggressive. It starts with a phone interview, basic questions, right out the gate they want to know what you know about the company so do your research.
The 2nd interview is on site, you meet with the CEO. You also talk salary expectations and goals.
The 3rd interview is another conversational one then you meet with the 3-4 other full time employees to see “if they like your personality”. I enjoyed all of them. Be certain you are clear about what hours are expected from you. My first 2 interviews I was tol this was a full time salary role. In this 3rd interview it came up it was actually part time / hourly.
Some heads up was given that the company culture wasn’t where it needs to be, but the CEO & Founder convinced me this would be my dream job so I continued on.
The 4th interview they ask you to come in a do a “mock presentation” or a software system of your choice, and give feedback. After you meet again with whatever employees you had yet to meet.
The 5th interview is a “training / on-boarding day”. You essentially have the job, but they don’t want to pay you to sit there for 4 hours and read their “employee handbook” with clipart pictures
