Typical with a phone interview with an HR agent. After HR will send the resume to the managers where they interview you with an assistant manager. After they will bring in the senior manager and do a panel interview with the team. Usually, they are pretty good about getting back to you either you got the job or not with in 14 days.

Phone interview (didn't live in Virginia), very cordial interview and good questions to get to know you. Spoke with senior analyst and get a briefing on the role. Overall a good experience.
