Got a call just minutes after applying, which turns out was an interview though I wasn't aware of this at the time as it was very quick and short. Seemed as though I'd got the job after this and was sent a bunch of onboarding forms, which I mostly completed, but then they asked for a lot of documents including a PCC which was not mentioned in the job description. I refused to pay for this and they told me they could not continue without it so I declined their offer and looked elsewhere. Overall the process was extremely rushed, they seem desperate for staff, and it actually felt quite fishy after a bit of filling in forms as they were asking for everything from address history to super and TFN details, without even being able to confirm whether I'd got a job or not! Bit of an unnervingly fast process.
