Interview
Fairly standard 3-stage interview. Initial stage was with HR to ascertain high level alignment to the JD and to introduce the company culture and expectations. Second stage was with the HM, more fit and personality focused but allowed me to understand company and unit goals. Third stage was a 2-person panel geared specifically towards technical acumen and management style.
