Interview
The interview process consisted of two stages. The first interview was conducted in person with the team leader and one of the administrators. This initial meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the role, expectations, and the candidate’s qualifications in detail. The second interview took place online and included the team leader along with a different administrator. Both interviews were well-structured, professional, and engaging.

Interview
