Interview
Applied online, received an invite to an interview. Very casual and fun interview. There was a group of us as the store hadn't yet opened. We all told a fun fact about ourselves. Put into smaller groups and did a little task together, then we had our individual interviews. Really nice interviewers and fairly typical interview questions, got told they were impressed with me at the interview and said I'd likely to be chosen. They said I'd be contacted in about a week but got a phone call offering me the job about a day or two after the interview.

A few questions that weren’t very hard, asked why you want the job what are some good customer service skills and how you're the best fit for the role. Pretty easy interview, know their values.
