The first interview was pleasant, online - the interviewer was polite. The second interview was with someone "expert" from an external agency they collaborated with, with the HR person attending. It was a joke. The second person was snob and rude, the whole procedure was very unpleasant. It's weird that whether you will get a job at B2Tech is determined by an agent, whose client you can steal if you are good enough to do his job. Why should he recommend B2Tech to hire someone better than their agency? He said "I'll put you through a test", I saw no test! I was not even given the chance to prove what I was talking about! The interview was in December, it's March and they are still searching for the "specialist"! Good Luck!
