Applied online. Interview offer came the day after the applications closed. One 30 minute interview. 3 days to prepare. Presentation on a substantial project you have worked on as well as leadership Q&A

Why do you want to be a part of this leadership program?
Everyone was very nice. Consisted of two panel interviews, each having three hiring staff with the same degree. Started with a PowerPoint presentation about yourself, but also consisted of a technical aspect.

Interview
Two interviews plus a phone screening. One interview online, focused on technical aspects. Other interview, was flown out to Detroit for. Company provided accommodations and travel expenses. Interview focused on leadership and technical questions. Consisted of two 5-person panels interviewing candidate. Recruiter was not responsive after interview. Had to follow up twice before hearing any news. Very competitive program.
