I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Hudson, NH) in Nov 2017
Interview
Several phone screen discussions first with HR and then with the Hiring manager followed by two on-site interviews (boardroom style). The offer process took some time to begin but be patient with them as they have MANY openings and it also was the Holidays.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe my career, how it progressed to what it is now, what I liked at each company I had worked for as well as what I wanted to do moving forward
Typical process, interview with recruiter, virtual interview with manager, virtual interview with team and final interview in person with the team. Overall the team was great to chat with, but I ended up declining the offer due to their PTO policies and the job needing to be onsite 90-100% of the time

Initial email and call and no opportunities to reply to scheduled appointments which are given to you 1 day before interviews. HR is not professional at all very, very shady.
