Question 1
Describe a time when you had to deal with conflict within a group.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview process is a two step process; the first round is a phone interview and the second round is an on-site, two-day interview. I only had the phone interview, and it was mainly leadership questions and the kinds of leadership experiences you've had throughout your life. It wasn't so much a run through of your resume, rather just an explanation of your personal and professional leadership experiences.
