A panel of subject matter experts asked questions and then had their boss conference in by phone. It was informal, but also frustrating in the laissez-faire process. I received no further communication.

Straightforward and easy going. Know your information, about yourself, the company, the role, the interviewer(s), etc. Be yourself, professional, and do not talk a lot. You almost never not ask any questions at the end of the interview, take notes while listening or mid point into their response, and follow up within 24 hours.
