was already a temp, so the interview was just a formality The actual process to get to the interview was long though, you have to go online and fill out the application, then you wait weeks to actually hear back from someone on whether or not you will get an actual interview, then once the interview is complete you have to negotiate with HR to get the pay you want, which they will automatically low ball the offer and act put out when you ask for more money.
