2 different managers came to ask questions and then I met with hr. I was asked standard background questions as well as conflict resolution questions. I was asked if I would work ot, nights, weekends, holidays, and if I would be in the emergency response team. It was not formal. Very relaxed. I was then offered a plant tour and visited the site.
