Initial phone discussion with a recruiter followed by a Teams call then a face to face. Preprepared tests at both the second and third stages, a planning exercise and then a presentation.
They are slow to respond and I had to chase them for the outcome of the final interview. Unprofessional.

They try to understand you, slowly introduce the job scope, and ask the relevant question together and try to relate it to the job skills. Overall, it makes you feel calm and comfortable to talk.
