I had an initial virtual interview with a recruiter. It was a waste of time. The recruiter started the interview late. Then the recruiter was awful at getting back to me. She was disorganized and unprofessional. After a month of hearing no response from her, I find out they were giving position to an internal candidate.

Straightforward and transparent. Recruiters provided necessary information and answered my questions quickly. I interviewed with multiple people so that really allowed me to see how if it was a cohesive match.

The third interview was a terrible experience. The interviewer was late. He continuously looked off camera (interview was virtual). He demonstrated little interest in my responses.
It was a complete waste of time. I have never been more insulted. I have over twenty year experience, and cannot believe the blatant disrespect shown.

Phone interview that was difficult to schedule. Recruiter called a few minutes late, was not very personable and seemed rushed. Asked questions but seemed to not really care about the answers, just wanted to get through her checklist.
