Multiple interviews and personality assessments as well as background checks and interview processes. First is a phone screening, then it moves through at least 3 other levels before an offer is presented. Not difficult but lengthy, requiring some travel.

6 Interviews. Interviews were not intimidating. Interviews very conversational with questions from both sides. Every interview focused back on the Bayada Way. Every interview reinforced clinical support available as well as the benefits of the position.

Interview
Very extensive phone interview with HR where background experience and skills were discussed. Then another extensive interview with the Office Manager and Clinical Manger to go over results and further discuss skills and experience. Personality, math skills testing, and RN skills testing preformed.
