First I had a phone interview which was easy. Next, I met with the director of the office and it was fantastic. Lastly, I interviewed with the director of the all the offices in the area and that was actually a pretty good time!

Interview
There are 4 interviews total for Bayada. The recruiter calls for 2 phone interviews and 2 in-person interviews with the director and divisional director. The phone interviews can help guide you with the other 2 interviews
Recruiter does a screening call, then you meet with the office Director, if they like you, then the whole team or a second senior office member meets you for a final interview.

How have you solved conflict in previous work settings?
Pretty quick phone interview with easy questions to answer. The whole thing lasted about 15 mins and interviewer was very nice. They will ask you to think back to previous job experiences ex: how did you over come a conflict at a previous job?
