Applied online got a phone interview the next week followed by a face to face interview which included two skills test. After that I had come back for a skills test to see what I know which was a joke I have four years of experience. Then company decided to send me home with seven take home quizes and stuff to read. I also had to provide three references they had to get in touch with before we could move to next steps. I'm sorry for 9.00 dollars a hour with no gas help or anything like or stable hours it is not worth the time or the headache. they will have you jumping through hoops. Interview
Very nice and welcoming, straight to the point. Questions weren’t hard or intimidating. Got to meet some staff toured the facility. Had a chance to see some of the residents. Got to speak to some of the health aids there, love this field of work!

Standard in person interview. Went over my duties as a HHA. Got information about different types of feedings. Went over what to expect during my training for new clients. Also got a tour of the home office.

The Interview Process was overall straightforward and it was welcoming and inviting. At first I was pretty nervous but then she made it feel comfortable for me. But All in all, it's a good experience!
