Then there was a second interview with the office director and the third is with the director's boss, the division director. It's best to know about the company and also know how much you are willing to get paid and fight for it.

The interview process began with scheduling a phone screening with the recruiter. A date and time were confirmed for the call; however, the recruiter did not call at the scheduled time. The following day, the recruiter stated that they had attempted to reach out but were unable to get in contact.

I had two phone calls, and then a virtual interview. The first call was with the Bayada recruiter, the second was with the Office Manager, and the virtual interview was with the Office Manager, the Regional Manager, and the Assistant Office Manager.
