You have to take an assessment test that is partially timed and then try to make an appointment for a 30 minute call with HR. The times to pick from are few and far between. You probably will not get the time you want.

Question 1
Assessment test: Really surprised that there is no documentation on the questions. I wish I had recorded them because they are pretty ridiculous.
You are a few months from leaving your currently job. You stuff doesn't fit on our desk what do you do?
Are you disorganized or organized?
Are you sensitive or thick skinned?
Do you feel you deserve more respect or less compared to others? Ironically the salary of this position would imply there is no respect for the employee.
Why do you want this job?

Employee count double in size every week, reaching full count after 12 weeks. At what week is it at half ? I think I misunderstood this question and assumed it was compounding.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Delran, NJ) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was approached for the role by a recruiter with First Pro. Once he found the position we scheduled the interview and a couple days before he sent me an e-mail with some pointers and videos to watch before the interview. I had a phone interview with HR, I felt the interview went pretty well but I did not advance. The most annoying thing is she told me they would let me know in about a week and a half and it's a month later and I still haven't heard anything I'm assuming since I didn't hear anything I didn't get the job. I was never given a phone number as the woman from HR called me so I couldn't call to find out the status.
