I applied online on a whim because I wanted to get into the hospital but first needed CNA experience. I applied at night, they called me the next morning and wanted an interview that day. I went and got the job on the spot (no previous experience). Then they called my references, and had me demonstrate my skills. Pretty easy.

The interview process was very straightforward and cordial when it came to setting up Zoom calls and answering some questions through the phone about the hiring process of their company.
