Phone interview to an onsite interview in their Long Beach office. The interview was going well until I was asked why should they hire someone like me going from working in an office environment to driving to clients. I had been in a consulting environment before which is similar but if they did not want to hire those coming from an office enviroment, then they should screen us out. Also, I never received a follow up after my thank you and asking about the next steps. After the interview, I was left hanging with no responses. Very unprofessional for an organization that prides themselves on being top in their industry.
