The opening I applied for was an internship. I got in through a reference that works there, the process was friendly and quick. I got my documents in, and got through the first interview.
3 rounds, mostly behavioral, last one included a case. great people and fun questions, definitely unique. be prepared to be creative and think outside the box. as always do your research on their current projects and such
