I had an initial phone screen with HR and a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews were fairly straightforward and I felt like they went very well. I was told by the hiring manager that they hoped to have a final decision in a week. A week passed and I didn't hear anything. Four follow-ups to both HR and the hiring manager over the course of a month later and I still haven't recieved any communication from BCS. I'm assuming that means I didn't get the job, but incredibly dissapointed to have been ghosted by multiple people at this company. Do better BCS.
