Interview
There was a video screening call with HR, she asked about background and experience. Then I got an email to respond additional screening call questions, they were technical and ultimately there was an 1-hour video call with hiring managers. The managers asked 10 technical questions, and said they would score them.
Two interviews: the first with HR, and the second a technical round with the IT Director and a Technical Lead. Their tech stack is somewhat outdated (Java 8 with Spring, not Spring Boot). The discussion focused on my past projects, Kafka, and some architectural topics.
2 stage process. First stage was a video call with hr and just to understand your responsibilities as stipulated in the job description and how it’s a fit for you
