BPRISE Java Developer interview questions

In technical round ask questions about spring dependency injection and write program to reverse string.In managerial round asked me torch bridge problem.the managerial round was quite long and intensive but what I didn't liked was question focusing more on my private life like am I planing to get married.How many times I visit hometown.how many siblings I have n what all they do.Since I know all these questions are basically to check how many leaves u will take and if you will leave job early.Yet I felt from conversation that work life balance is poor and they said login time 9.5 hrs.also they said they have budget constraints so they will fire non performing employee.all these things shows they're not flexible.
