I made an application to a resort and was then invited to interview with the Resort Manager from the chosen resort. The interview took place virtually shortly following the application. Following that the outcome is communicated
Really nice, just wanted to get to know you on a personal level. Lovisa was super friendly and it seemed manageable to be put through to the next round. The second round interview was a little bit more serious but still manageable.

Two step straightforward interview process, they hire based on personality so be yourself! Lovely and relaxed approach to recruiting and they aren't trying to catch you out. I would recommend applying for Bramble as the interview process was quick and straightforward and they kept me in the loop the whole time
