first interview: one technical question, why Bregal, talk about your resume, what questions do you have for them. Think difficulty depends on who you interview with because the person I had was very laid back.

How would you advise a solar panel company who is seeking to grow?
Two rounds, first is a phone screen with basic technicals, then a case study, which was just a simple case, and then finally a superday. People were easy to talk to and there was about a week between each notification of each round.
