30 min phone interview with Mark and then an in person interview with Mark and Nigel. Brief meeting with previous grad after the interview to ask questions. During the in person interview they produced the online test results that I had to take between the phone interview and in person interview. They give you a nickname based on your results and ask why you think you’re better than the other applicants. They make it known that you would be expected, if they are suitable, to convince close friends and family to become clients. Mark is pleasant and friendly, Nigel is not and seems to look down on everyone
