Interview
Long and drawn out process.... I interviewed with 7 leaders and two recruiting managers over about 4-5 months. Although the folks I interviewed with seemed professional and genuine, it was very poor communication from lead recruiter.
One hour in duration. About 10-12 questions. Very informative and friendly interview process.
Was during the holidays so there was a log between resume submission, review, feedback etc role was a hybrid type leading a team in the greater Philadelphia area.
