Applied in February online. Interview request (Zoom) came a month later. Followed up after 1st interview. I didn’t hear anything back until a month later with a template rejection email. The interview with the recruiter was ok. She was new to the organization and was pulling together questions on the fly. She did her best to make you comfortable during her questioning.
