Interview Process was easy but time consuming.
Step 1. 1-1 with CTO (It was positive) (30mins)
Step 2. Interview with CTO and lead devs (They were impressed) (1-1.5 hrs)
Step 3. Technical test (Absolutely it was good) (~3 hrs)
Step 4. Inductive Reasoning - h2r online test (30mins)
Step 5. OPQ Personality Profile - h2r online test (30mins)
Step 6. Verbal Reasoning - h2r online test (20mins)
Step 7. Review your answer with h2r staff (45mins-1hr)
I must say they were so impressed by my technical skills.
Step 4, 5 and 6 was h2r test and those h2r online test is crap. It do not work on my updated chrome, have to use Edge or safari. I have to create new account each time with different email. I got 4-5 calls and couple of emails from h2r to fix those broken test.
I spent around ~8-9 hours for this process and finally HR guessed "I keep my issues with me, I do not share with others" from OPQ Personality Profile test.
Really disappointing thing is, they did not judge me on my 1-1, or interview with leads or Technical test. HR judged me on broken h2r test, that test do not have right answer, you just need to priorities the options. I never met HR.
