O processo leva aproximadamente um mês, divido em 5 etapas: Filtro com RH (em inglês), Case de diagramação, equipe local, equipe global (em inglês) e gerencia direta (em inglês). Há contato direto com RH ao longo de todo o período, além de fornecerem feedbacks após o processo seletivo.

When I looked at my interviewer, she looked at me with shock and disappointment. They said that this was a call but instead it was the interview, a big mishap on the 3rd party but overall the interview itself was not that hard. I'm guessing I just lacked the skill as it is.
