I did interviews for the Senior Associate Data scientist in London. The process started in end of January followed my a take-home assignment and two interviews with Data Science managers. The take-home assignment was easy. However, after these interviews they did ghosting. I sent many follow up emails asking for next steps. They were telling me that the feedback was positive and I would have an answer soon for next steps. After three weeks I was informed (after another chase up email) that they gave the job to someone else and this person had already received the offer. Not feedback at all.

Began well, but the last round with a partner went bonkers according to feedback, and was ghosted after that. Super long interview process, with repetitive questions and although most of the interviewers are nice, a couple of them were not helpful at all. In total, 5 rounds of interviews spanning 2 months, and then ghosted after the final one. Super weird! Do not interview unless you're desperate.
