Interview
Two consecutive one-hour interviews starting with motivational questions (e.g., your strengths and weaknesses why consulting, why us, ...), followed by management consulting cases. Knowledge of English can be also tested during the interviews.
i had an interview with Bain after completing my online assessment. They gave me 4 days to prepare for the two case and 1 behavioral interviews in the first round. Is this normal?
Typical consulting cases with 5 minutes of behavioral in the beginning. Two separate interviewers for the first round; math questions were not hard and mostly focused on market sizing. Good luck!
case studies and guesstimates followed up by resume questions. first it started with an aptitude test which was hard and then the short listing for interviews. we had 2 interviews per person
