Interview
Had my first round of interviews with two 30-min back-to-back sessions with different consultants. The cases had super long descriptions, and it was tough to figure out what was actually important. In the second case, I didn’t even get a chance to create a framework before jumping in. They were nice overall, but I definitely felt the pressure.
Online assessment testing on analysis and problem-solving skills, followed by a video assessment with about 2 tries only. The process was quite lengthy and it is recommended for you to come prepared for the assessment.
